  • What is an Architect? And Why do I need one?

    An architect is someone that is willing to take direction and understand your design needs, and integrate it within your new or improved space.

    Why you need one is simple, because we are here to deal with all construction documents, renderings, and visualization requirements needed to bring your visions to reality.

  • What is the design process?

    The design process varies from your design goal, but typically begins with an initial consultation, which is further followed by on-site visits and design documentations tailored according to your projects needs. (:

  • What is the initial consultation like?

    During the initial consultation, we will understand your project, design requirements and how to approach said project. After the consultation we would begin the design phase and project management.

  • How long does it take to design and build a house or complete renovation?

    Although this depends on each project, project type and what the requirements, size and scale is of each project.

    We try our best to finish each project within an appropriate time, and according to our clients time-lines and project deadlines.

    Typical large scale projects can range from 6-12 months (or less) !

  • What is included in the fees, and how will I be charged?

    Included in the fees, are typically all phases of design, from design development to project management, however depending on what your project requires, you will be charged accordingly.

  • Will you handle permits and other regulatory issues?

    Although we do not promise full permitting services to all projects, we are willing to work with you within our legal jurisdiction.

    If there are any permitting requirements that we cannot handle, we are open to contracting a third-party service.
